We use Royal Mail and DPD depending on the size of your order.
Our aim is to ship your order within 3 working days of the order being placed. Many of our items are made to order so please allow us a little extra time to perfect your pyjamas and accessories. Once dispatched, you should receive it within 1 to 2 working days.

All orders over £30 are free within the UK

Customs, Taxes and Duties
We are very happy to accept orders from Europe and the rest of the world. If your order is being delivered outside of the UK please be aware that in some cases you may have to pay import duty or other taxes. This is not the responsibility of Billy Sleeps so please check these details before placing an order, thank you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope that you LOVE your Billy Sleeps order, we aim to provide as much information as possible in our F.A.Qs. However, we know it’s not always easy to get it right when ordering online, so please see the information below if you wish to return or exchange your items.
We are happy to return or exchange any unused or faulty item within 30 days of your purchase within the UK- as we are a small company, we currently do not offer free returns.
The item must be in a sellable condition (i.e. no makeup marks, deodorant marks etc) or your return will not be accepted,

REST OF THE WORLD
We will accept any return or exchange within 30 days of purchase however as we are a small company, we cannot pay for any duties placed on the item when it returns to the UK and we cannot refund any delivery costs or import taxes you may have had to pay when purchasing the item - these will all be deducted from your refund. If you are unsure, please speak with your post office on how to fill out any declaration forms. PLEASE KEEP YOUR PROOF OF POSTAGE
Once we have received your returned items, your return or exchange will be approved or rejected - if approved we will then process your refund within 14 days of the product receipt in a sellable condition.
ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE REFUND.
